Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in London. We are looking for a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit in the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing projects related to the exit. The role involves close collaboration with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data to produce financial models and support advisors on financial matters. Some travel to European locations may be required.
