We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing several projects related to the exit. The role involves close collaboration with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data to produce financial models and support advisors on financial matters. Some travel to European locations may be required.
