Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that needs M&A support based in London. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to support a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning an exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and leading various projects related to the exit. The role involves working closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data to produce financial models and assist advisors with financial queries. Some travel to European locations may be required.
