Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that requires M&A support in Watford. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing additional projects related to the exit.
