Finatal is working with an operating partner of a large-cap private equity fund that requires M&A support based in London. We are seeking a hands-on M&A consultant to assist a portfolio CFO with a global industrial business planning to exit within the next 12 months. Responsibilities include supporting FDD, managing the data room, liaising with advisors, and executing various projects related to the exit. The successful candidate will work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data to produce financial models and support advisors on financial queries. Some travel to European locations may be required.
