Job summary

Venn Group in Oxford is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead a six-month interim assignment and deliver high-quality maintenance services across a diverse property portfolio. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards, and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance programs.

The role requires strong leadership during a transitional period, with a focus on establishing credibility, stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance management or estates leadership experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong people-management and performance-management skills.
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance services.
• Knowledge of compliance, health & safety and contractor management.
