Page Personnel is recruiting an Interim Estates & Facilities Manager for a London-based role in the education sector. The position leads the operational management of the school site, ensuring compliant facilities, safety, and service delivery.

You will oversee PPM and reactive repairs, manage contractors, and drive estate improvements with a focus on sustainability and value for money. The role involves coordinating security, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, plus handling emergencies and

Competenze

• Experience managing facilities, estates, or property operations.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, fire safety, security, electrical and mechanical services.

• Lead the operational management of the school site and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and reactive repairs.
• Oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring high standards of performance and value for money.
• Manage facilities budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Develop and implement estate improvement and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure security, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and waste management services are delivered effectively.
• Act as lead contact for site-related emergencies and business continuity planning.
• Support school events and activities, ensuring facilities are available and operational.
• Maintain records related to compliance, inspections, certifications, and maintenance.
