Konexo Legal Resourcing is currently experiencing a notable rise in demand for Employment Lawyers to support our in‑house clients on interim contracts, including several of the UK’s largest FTSE100 organisations.

We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers who are commercially minded Employment and/or HR specialists.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Advise on UK and international employment law issues including employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence, exits, and performance management.
• Provide commercially driven, risk‑aware guidance during investigations, disputes, settlements, and tribunals.
• Assist with restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and organisational change projects.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and related documents.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively.
• Manage varied workloads independently, effectively handle legal risks, and escalate when necessary.
