Job summary

Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking qualified Employment Lawyers to support leading in-house clients, including FTSE100 organisations, on interim contracts. This role offers flexibility in how and when you work, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time arrangements.

You will advise on a range of employment law issues, providing commercially driven guidance in investigations and disputes, while maintaining attention to detail and effective risk management.

Konexo Legal Resourcing is currently experiencing a notable rise in demand for Employment Lawyers to support our in-house clients on interim contracts, including several of the UK’s largest FTSE100 organisations.

We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers who are commercially minded employment and/or HR specialists.

Responsibilities and Experience:

• Advise on UK and international employment law issues including employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence, exits, and performance management.
• Provide commercially driven, risk‑aware guidance during investigations, disputes, settlements, and tribunals.
• Assist with restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and organisational change projects.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and related documents.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively.
• Manage varied workloads independently, effectively handle legal risks, and escalates when necessary.
