You will advise on a range of employment law issues, providing commercially driven guidance in investigations and disputes, while maintaining attention to detail and effective risk management.

Qualifications

Must have experience advising on employment law issues.
Experience with disciplinary and grievance matters required.
Must manage varied workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

Advise on UK and international employment law issues.

Draft and review employment contracts and policies.
Manage legal risks and escalate when necessary.
