Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking freelance Paralegals with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts to support in-house teams and FTSE100 organisations.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier and SaaS agreements, while advising on contractual risk. The role offers flexibility with hybrid or remote working arrangements and a global client base.

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts.
• In-house or private practice background.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach.

Paralegal – Commercial

Konexo Legal Resourcing is supporting a growing pipeline of opportunities with leading in-house legal teams, including several FTSE100 organisations.

We are keen to speak with freelance Paralegals with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts, gained in-house or in private practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, supplier agreements, SaaS agreements)
• Supporting contract negotiations and advising on contractual risk
• Assisting with data protection and GDPR-related contractual matters
• Managing workload effectively and escalating legal risks where appropriate

Additional experience that would be advantageous

• Knowledge of, or experience advising on, DORA and digital operational resilience requirements.
