Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification and current registration
• Experience supporting care homes through governance and inspections
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager to improve care quality and governance within the services.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
• Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards
