Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an administrator to join the Virtual Ward, supporting the Urgent Community Response service within the Community Health and Integrated Care Division, on a 7-day service rota including weekends.

The post holder will provide essential administrative support across the Interface Services, handling phones, stock, PPE and staff records, and assisting with data extraction and daily reports to improve patient flow.

Qualifications

• GCSEs Maths and English at grade C or higher (A*-C).
• Recognised IT and/or typing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across Interface Services, including phones, uniform orders, PPE and office supplies.
• Maintain staff personnel files and support data extraction for daily reports.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Service Managers to improve efficient processes across the services.
• Support service cover from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week; hours to be confirmed.
