An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Planned Care Nursing Administration Team. The successful candidate will work across sites to meet service needs (base location to be confirmed). The role involves a range of administrative duties, including data entry, managing appointments, answering telephone enquiries, and providing a high standard of customer service to patients, carers, healthcare professionals and partner organisations. Working closely with clinical colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Planned Care Nursing services and supporting the delivery of an efficient and responsive administrative service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable and keen to learn, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to delivering excellent patient care is essential. The post sits within a wider Integrated Community team supporting District Nursing, Bladder & Bowel, Frailty and Tissue Viability Services. The service operates seven days a week, including Bank Holidays. Weekend working is required on a rotational basis (currently 1 in 7 weekends), and staff are rostered to work two Bank Holidays per year.
