The Bodleian Libraries’ Inter-Library Loans service is seeking two Senior Assistants to process borrowing and lending requests, manage renewals and returns, and respond to enquiries. You’ll liaise with libraries in the UK and overseas and support invoicing and records management in a permanent, full-time role based at Osney Mead, Oxford, on-site.

We welcome applicants who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organisational skills.

Competenze

• Experience of responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
• Confident using IT systems and databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in library services or inter-library loans would be advantageous.

Mansioni
