Job summary

Incommunities is recruiting an Intensive Tenancy Wellbeing Coach on a permanent basis in Bradford. You will manage a complex caseload of tenants with care and support needs, developing personalised support plans and monitoring progress to sustain tenancies and improve wellbeing.

Key duties include comprehensive assessments, linking tenants with specialist services, safeguarding, and working with local authorities to secure appropriate support while promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tenancy and estate management and enforcement procedures.
• Experience managing customers with multiple and complex needs.
• Ability to negotiate and influence service provision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Intensively manage a caseload of tenants with care and support needs to sustain tenancies and improve wellbeing.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for current and prospective tenants and develop outcome-focused tenancy plans.
• Identify and link tenants with specialist services to address unmet needs.
• Monitor engagement with support services and safeguard vulnerable tenants.
• Work with local authorities and health services to secure appropriate support and improve provision.
