Job summary

P3 Charity is seeking an Intensive Housing Management Worker to support vulnerable individuals in Warwickshire, ensuring safe accommodations, tenancy sustainment and progression to independent living. You will coordinate inspections, repairs and maintenance while liaising with landlords and partners.

You will engage with residents compassionately, communicate clearly, and stay well-organised to help people achieve their goals. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Confident communicator who builds trust and works well with others.
• Organised, practical and capable of making decisions to help people move forward.

Responsibilities

• Support people in accommodation to feel safe, build confidence, maintain tenancies and move towards independent living.
• Inspect properties and coordinate minor repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor rent, service charges and records.
• Collaborate with landlords, contractors and partners to complete repairs and planned works on time.
