Responsibilities

• Supervision of the Early Help Practice Leads
• Case supervisions
• Joint supervision
• Work through referral allocations from Area and ROTH teams
• Agree targets with Intensive Family Support leads
• Develop links with fieldwork teams, Risk outside the home service, Health and Education
• Work within the Neglect Strategy and develop family plans
• Apply working models such as Signs of Safety to this work
• Provide cover for other Team Manager in the Intensive Family Support service as needed
• Improve outcomes for children and families
• Attend relevant meetings
• Arrange team meetings
• Attend fortnightly compliance meetings
• Attend worksite events
• Develop the service with partner agencies.
