Control Risks in Birmingham is seeking an experienced security professional to join a team delivering intelligence-led patrolling, incident response, and protective services for client sites.

The role focuses on safeguarding personnel, assets and premises, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and supporting training and incident management. 12-hour shift pattern 4 on/4 off, 24/7/365 coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist intelligence-led asset and property protection to client premises and sites.
• Provide asset protection including active trespasser mitigation response.
• Submit comprehensive information reports to fill intelligence gaps.
• Ensure incident management conforms with SOPs and update them as needed.
• Maintain health, safety and wellbeing of staff, clients, subcontractors and the public.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles for safe operation at all times.
• Mentor contract personnel and stakeholders in incident response.
• Assist in creating training material for the team and client.
• Promote compliance with project and company policies and SOPs.
• Support site reviews and audits for the client and project.
• Conduct penetration testing as required.
• Support SLT and Shift Managers in achieving client success.
• Perform any other role tasks as directed.
