Job summary

Control Risks in Milton Keynes is seeking a Tasking Team Member to join a high-performance security team tasked with intelligence-led patrolling and incident response on client sites.

The role focuses on protecting personnel and assets, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining safety. The position requires 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off, 24/7/365), full-time, and a strong commitment to professionalism.

• IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist intelligence-led asset and property protection to client premises.
• Provide asset protection including trespasser mitigation response.
• Submit full information reports to fill intelligence gaps via patrol work.
• Ensure incident management conforms with SOPs.
• Maintain health, safety and wellbeing of all staff and public.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles for safe operation.
• Mentor contract personnel on incident response.
• Support creation of training material for the team.
• Promote compliance with project and company policies and SOPs.
• Support project management with site reviews and audits.
• Conduct penetration testing as required.
• Support SLT and Shift Managers to achieve client success.
• Perform any other required task.
