Southern Housing is seeking an Intelligence Analyst for the Building Safety Data & Analytics Team in London. You will use data to identify risks, trends and data issues across Building Safety, Fire Safety and Asset Compliance, driving improvements and better decision-making for 77,000 homes.
You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, support business change and deliver actionable insights using Power BI, Excel and related tools.
We’re looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our team as an Intelligence Analyst in our Building Safety Data & Analytics Team and play a key role in Southern Housing’s Building & Fire Safety Transformation Programme.
Reporting to the Head of Building Safety Data & Analytics, you’ll use data, insight and analysis to identify risks, trends, data issues and improvement opportunities across Building Safety, Fire Safety and Asset Compliance. Your work will help strengthen compliance, assurance, risk management and decision-making across our 77,000 homes.
You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by working with stakeholders to define requirements and support business change.
This role is based at London, with hybrid working arrangements. All arrangements will be agreed with your manager.
We’re looking for someone who have a good understanding of data governance, risk management and relevant legislation, including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety legislation alongside experience working with building information systems, property databases and asset management systems.

You’ll be part of the Building Safety Data & Analytics team, working closely with teams across Building Safety, Asset Compliance, Transformation, Strategic Asset Management and Technology. The team supports Southern Housing’s strategic objectives by strengthening data quality, governance, assurance and reporting across building safety, fire safety and asset compliance.
