Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an Intelligence Analyst for the Building Safety Data & Analytics Team in London. You will use data to identify risks, trends and data issues across Building Safety, Fire Safety and Asset Compliance, driving improvements and better decision-making for 77,000 homes.

You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, support business change and deliver actionable insights using Power BI, Excel and related tools.

Qualifications

• Understanding of data governance and risk management in building safety
• Experience with building information systems and asset management data
• Ability to analyze complex data to identify risks and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing improvement activity aligned to priorities and outcomes
• Identifying emerging risks, data issues and gaps in controls
• Undertaking root cause analysis and translating findings into practical improvements
• Using complex data to produce clear insights and recommended actions
• Driving data quality, governance, assurance and safety-critical information management
