Job summary

NJR Recruitment Ltd is working with a Worcester independent financial planning firm to recruit an IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner. The role covers the full client journey from meeting preparation and administration through to research, report writing and new business implementation.

You will work closely with Financial Advisers, supporting adviser workflows, client records and paraplanning tasks. Strong Intelliflo/ Intelligent Office experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA/financial planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and risk.
• Experience preparing suitability reports and reviews.
• Essential IntelliFlo/Intelliflo expertise mentioned in role.

Responsibilities

• Support adviser workflows and client actions via Intelliflo.
• Prepare for client meetings with research and reports.
• Undertake financial planning research and analysis.
• Prepare suitability reports and annual review documentation.
• Assist with new business and portfolio administration.
