You will provide administrative and client servicing support to 1-2 Financial Advisers while receiving direct development and training toward a Trainee Paraplanner position.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA/Financial Planning environment with knowledge of Pensions and Investments.
• Exposure to provider platforms and back-office systems; Intelligent Office advantageous.
• Willingness to study for professional examinations and progress into paraplanning.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to 1-2 Financial Advisers.
• Prepare client documentation, new business applications, servicing forms and invoices.
• Submit applications to product providers and monitor progress to completion.
• Maintain compliant client records and regular client/adviser communications.
