Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. in Worcester is seeking an IFA Administrator to support Financial Advisers and the wider team, handling workflows, client records and documentation.

This role offers exposure across pensions, investments and protection within a growing independent financial planning business. You will work with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, using Intelliflo/Intelligent Office daily, and you will contribute to client reviews, new business, and research while developing your technical

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Intelliflo/Intelligent Office experience is essential.
• Experience in an IFA or financial planning environment.
• Experience supporting Financial Advisers.
• Good knowledge of pensions and investments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage Adviser workflows, cases and client actions through Intelliflo.
• Prepare for client reviews and maintain accurate client records.
• Support new business and liaise with providers.
• Prepare review and client documentation.
• Support research across pensions, investments and protection.
• Assist with cashflow modelling and financial planning.
• Process pensions, investments, transfers, withdrawals and fund switches.
• Liaise with clients, Advisers and providers.
• Progress outstanding actions and ensure timely case completion.
• Provide general support to Advisers across the client journey.
