Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Management Accountant for Integrations within Global Business Services on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee the integration of newly acquired clinics into RTR systems and drive timely month-end reporting across regions.

You will partner with market finance, M&A teams, and Genpact to ensure day-1 readiness and accurate balance sheet reporting, while continuously improving processes and leveraging automation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with capacity to interpret complex RTR data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with end-to-end month-end close and IFRS/GAAP controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month end reporting for multiple countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with country CFOs and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and reporting standards across regions.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
• Support audits and coordination with external/internal auditors.
