Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a GBS Integrations Management Accountant to oversee the integration of newly acquired clinics into RTR processes. You will manage end-of-month close across multiple countries, collaborate with Genpact and local finance teams, and drive continuous process improvements using automation tools.

The role emphasizes balance sheet management, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement, in a fast-changing global environment.

Qualifications

• Batchelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum of +3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Preferrable proficiency in a second language e.g., French
• Proven strong behavioural profile in a complex RTR function, including working with RTR external partners and leading change.
• Preferrable a strong knowledge of local finance reporting, regulations and compliance requirements across multiple countries and regions.
• Extensive experience in managing relationships within a finance reporting environment.
• Proficiency in using finance software or systems e.g. Oracle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities to drive process improvements and optimise RTR operations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements in handling financial information.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global finance regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month end reporting for multiple countries with timely processing.
• Build strong relationships with country CFOs, Group Finance, GBS and Genpact management.
• Ensure compliance with global group policies and reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on IFRS/GAAP and industry trends.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs for new clinics.
• Coordinate audits with external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on balance sheet matters with local finance leads.
• Engage in industry networks for knowledge sharing.
