Job summary

IVC Evidensia Management Accountant, Integrations for Global Business Services role overseeing the integration of newly acquired clinics into RTR systems and processes. You will work with GBS and Genpact RTR teams to ensure day‑1 readiness and accurate month‑end close across markets.

You will drive process improvements, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and collaborate with local finance leaders, auditors and tax authorities to maintain balance sheet integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with RTR processes and external partners is a plus.
• Experience across multiple countries/regulations desirable.
• Proficiency with Oracle or similar finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month end reporting across multiple countries and regions.
• Establish relationships with country CFOs, Group Finance, GBS and Genpact.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and global group policies.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for newly acquired clinics.
• Manage audits and liaise with auditors, tax authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on balance sheet management with local finance.
