IVC Evidensia is seeking a Management Accountant, Integrations, for a 9-month fixed term contract within Global Business Services. You will oversee end-to-end integration of newly acquired clinics into RTR systems, collaborate with Genpact RTR and local finance to ensure day-1 readiness and accurate month-end close across multiple countries.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CIMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead change in a complex RTR environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end month-end reporting for multiple countries in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with CFOs, Group Finance, GBS and Genpact management for reporting delivery.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP in all clinics.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for new clinics' reporting.
• Coordinate with external/internal auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on balance sheet management.
• Stay updated on global finance regulations and best practices.
