Job summary

GTR is seeking an Integration Programme Lead to steer a landmark transformation, creating a more integrated railway across GTR and Network Rail Sussex while supporting the GBR transition.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, drive delivery at pace to high quality, applying industry-standard methods and managing people-change sensitivities in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Well-developed influencing skills and cultural sensitivity to persuade and deliver.
• Knowledge and application of industry-standard methods such as Six Sigma and PROSCI.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and delivery partners to understand requirements and drive delivery at pace to the expected quality.
• Appreciate sensitivities involved in people-change projects.
• Experience working independently and in a multi-disciplinary-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the most significant transformation programmes in the rail industry.
• Drive forwards delivery across GTR and Network Rail Sussex towards GBR transition.
• Work with stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure requirements are understood and met.

What You'll Bring

• Well-developed influencing skills, strength of character, tenacity, and cultural sensitivity in order to be persuasive and effective.
• Knowledge and application of industry-standard methods (e.g. Six Sigma, PROSCI etc)
• Work closely with internal / external stakeholders and delivery partners to understand business requirements and drive forwards delivery at pace to expected quality.
• Appreciate the sensitivities that can come with people change projects
• Experience at working both independently and in a multi-disciplinary-team collaborative environment.
