Job summary

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) is seeking an exceptional Integration Programme Lead to drive delivery of a major transformation across GTR and Network Rail Sussex, aligning people, processes and culture for the future rail network.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, apply industry-standard methods (Six Sigma, PROSCI) and manage change in a complex environment while ensuring delivery at pace and high quality.

Qualifications

• Well-developed influencing skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard methods (e.g. Six Sigma, PROSCI).
• Ability to work with internal/external stakeholders and delivery partners to drive results.
• Experience working independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.
