As an Integration Analyst you’ll join a team providing production support of existing solutions and their ongoing development with Product Owners.There is a strong pipeline of additional work from the ITS Projects Portfolio and global/regional programs.In this hands-on role you will be troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, raising, and prioritising change requests in the ongoing development of our platform, and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

The individual should be keen to learn, enjoy problem solving and finding new ways of doing things. A team player who is proud of their work and wants to share with everyone!

  • Taking part in daily SCRUM calls to give updates / resolve issues with wider team.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Integrations or data.
  • Understanding of end-to-end data lineage and mapping from source to target applications.
  • Raise complex issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary and make sure they are resolved.
  • Participate in regular maintenance/upgrades as well as implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with Applications owners to share knowledge and improve support processes.
  • Working effectively in diverse teams, including offshore teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Experience in Integration platforms such as Mulesoft SAP PI or CI and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA as a data source (Finance, PS, SD, HR) and/or Salesforce.
  • Good understanding of the design principles of a SQL-based Data Warehouse.
  • Experience in DevOps & Agile environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
  • Experience working on SAP HANA(native) development.
  • Experience to the Release Management and CI/CD process.
  • Understands Service Management (ITIL) principles or experience of using tool such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience of working with colleagues and 3rd party-development teams based offshore.
