Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager – Fast Growth SaaS & Technology Automotive Service Provider

This is a newly created role for a Fleet Acquisition & Account Manager, ideal for someone commercially minded, self-driven, and motivated by making a significant impact. The role offers the agility of a startup combined with the stability of a well-funded, growing business.

The total compensation package ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 basic, with up to £55,000 OTE, including a flexible base/commission split, company car, private healthcare, 4% pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave. The role is home-based with weekly travel to the London office, within a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and clarity.

Backed by a major European automotive group, it operates across the UK and Europe, combining real-world service delivery with a streamlined online experience. With a team of 60 and expanding rapidly, it offers a blend of startup pace and corporate stability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new small fleet customers (typically SMEs with up to 50 vehicles)
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding
  • Developing and expanding long-term client relationships to drive growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales or partnership experience, preferably with SME clients (experience in fleet or automotive industry is advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive workload management approach
  • Strong commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Adaptability, practicality, and the ability to work independently
