The total compensation package ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 basic, with up to £55,000 OTE, including a flexible base/commission split, company car, private healthcare, 4% pension contribution, and 25 days of annual leave. The role is home-based with weekly travel to the London office, within a collaborative team that values autonomy, initiative, and clarity.
