Babcock in Andover, Hampshire, is seeking a Transformation Strategy Lead to drive future supply chain strategies within the LIOS programme. The role focuses on building transformation roadmaps, improving capability, and aligning with engineering and assets management across logistics and planning functions.

The successful candidate will influence senior stakeholders and lead business cases for end-to-end supply chain transformation in a complex, asset-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading supply chain transformation or operating model design within complex organisations.
• Experience developing future-state solutions, transformation roadmaps and long-term capability strategies.
• Ability to influence, engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Background in asset-intensive sectors such as defence, aerospace, rail or manufacturing.
• Degree or professional qualifications in related fields are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Defining and developing future supply chain strategies and operating models aligned to readiness and support objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for transformation, capability improvement and long-term operational effectiveness.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts and customer representatives to shape innovative solutions.
• Leading strategic analysis and business case development across forecasting, inventory management, planning and logistics integration.
• Influencing wider programme design by ensuring supply chain capabilities integrate with engineering and maintenance functions.
