Job Description:

Title: Integrated Marketing Manager

Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Integrated Marketing Manager to join their growing team across two high-growth categories: beauty tools/accessories and suncare. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational lead responsible for bringing 360 marketing campaigns to life, working end- to-end across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and collaborate with social and influencer teams to drive earned, owned, and paid media strategies in line with brand positioning.
  • Support in the creation of content optimised for performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Liaise with external creative, PR, media, and experiential agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned and effectively executed.
  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated TTL marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, influencer, and experiential.
  • Translate brand strategy and product stories into compelling, channel-specific creative that connects with core and emerging audiences.
  • Work alongside Management to stay within campaign timelines, budgets, and agency/vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead the planning and execution of all brand led events, whether consumer, influencer or retail facing, ensuring our brands stand out in the best possible way.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within beauty, personal care, or lifestyle space.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Prior affiliations with content creators and PR agencies.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
