Job summary

THREE60 Energy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead for an offshore rotational role out of Dyce, Aberdeen. You will lead a team of technicians and vendors, ensuring maintenance tasks are executed safely, efficiently and in line with procedures and standards.

The role requires offshore supervision experience, strong HSE leadership, and proficiency in project and budget management. This is a full-time, fixed-term position through 2026 with a focus on continuous improvement and team

Qualifications

• Offshore and site supervision experience is essential.
• Strong HSE leadership and safety culture track record.
• BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS certs required.
• MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training) valid.
• ROTE: Control of Work procedures proficiency.
• Technical systems and MMS knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate offshore maintenance activities with technicians and vendors.
• Plan and supervise preventative and corrective maintenance per procedures.
• Ensure safe, efficient execution and compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate records and shift handovers.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost/time efficiencies.
• Support competence schemes and cross-department collaboration.
• Manage monthly KPIs: PM, breakdowns, backlog and plan attainment.
• Ensure effective communication at all levels.

THREE60 Operations Division are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Lead to join the team on a full time, fixed term basis until at least the end of 2026.

The successful candidate will ensure all maintenance activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures and standards while leading and coordinating a team of technicians and vendors, ensuring safety and efficiency in all activities.

This is an offshore rotational role mobilising out of Dyce, Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all asset maintenance execution and management of vendors & subcontractors
• Lead, plan, co-ordinate and supervise a team of offshore technicians and vendors, ensuring all preventative and corrective maintenance is executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Maintenance Management Program
• Support the integrated planning process to maximise plant uptime and optimise resources to ensure the completion of all critical and breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensuring compliance with Company performance standards
• Maintain a firm understanding of the threat Cyber Attacks pose in both regular IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology / industrial automation) environments and the potential consequences of such attacks
• Management of all Maintenance monthly key performance areas – (PM & Breakdown Compliance, Backlog, Plan Attainment)
• Ensure comprehensive records and logs are maintained and effective handovers are carried out at shift and crew change
• Identify and propose ideas and solutions that will increase efficiency in cost or time without loss of integrity and present idea(s) to relevant management
• Support and improve team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Participate in the Company competence scheme including any multi skilled role in accordance with the relevant competence framework
• Adopt a flexible working attitude to provide support across all departments to ensure team success
• Create, maintain & enhance effective working relations and identify and minimise interpersonal conflict
• Maintain effective communication with all work colleagues at all levels
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and be able to apply it in the workplace
• Manage team competence including Emergency Response roles, development and performance to ensure all activities are carried out to the highest possible standards in accordance with procedures
• Complete annual appraisals for all team members in accordance with agreed plans
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the maintenance team
• Improve team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices and actively participating in any Company initiatives

Competence Requirements

• Core Trade competence in relevant discipline (apprenticeship or HNC/HND)
• Offshore supervision experience essential
• Advanced Gas Tester Level 1
• L&D 9DI or equivalent
• BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
• OEUK Medical
• Valid MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training)
• Control of Work Training, to the appropriate level
