You’ll implement and operate platforms to manage tax, payroll, immigration and other risks, and engage in client work to strengthen trust in pay, benefits and rewards. EY supports your growth as a future leader through coaching and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Help clients and their employees to make the most of an international assignment, relocation or work experience.
• Implement and operate technology and data platforms to help clients identify, manage and comply with the tax, payroll, immigration and other risks arising from their global mobility programmes and cross-border remote workforce.
• Work on client engagements that help build trust and confidence in the reporting of pay, benefits and the reward packages they deliver to their people.
• Develop your skills through hands on experience and coaching to become a leader of the future, while helping organisations evolve their compensation packages to attract, retain, motivate and excite the right people, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
