Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join the UK&I Global Mobility team. You’ll advise on international assignments, short-term travel and cross-border remote work, collaborating with tax, immigration and reward experts to deliver tailored solutions for multinational clients.

You'll own complex projects, mentor junior staff, and help expand EY’s mobility services. The role offers hybrid working, strong career progression and exposure to high-profile multi-country assignments across EY’s global

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong tax technical knowledge, with expatriate tax advisory experience.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving to deliver right solutions for clients.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of broader business needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
• ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA or CTA qualification (required).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships – Act as a key contact for our corporate clients and manage relationships with their mobile employees.
• Develop your technical expertise – Prepare and review complex cross-border tax advice for corporate clients and their employees.
• Own projects and deliverables – Take end-to-end ownership of projects, overseeing junior team members and supporting their development.
• Support senior executives – Help deliver Mobility services to senior leaders, including CEOs and other executives.
• Drive innovation – Understand how emerging technologies impact global mobility and identify ways to use these tools to enhance EY’s and our clients’ processes.
• Help grow our business – Contribute to winning new work by strengthening client relationships and supporting pursuits for new opportunities.
• Expand your global network – Work with diverse and motivated colleagues across the world to solve complex cross-border tax questions.
