EY Tax UK is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join the UK&I Global Mobility team and help clients navigate international mobility and cross-border tax issues on a global scale.

You will support employees and executives as they live and work around the world, advising on assignments, travel, remote work, and global talent strategies while developing leadership skills and building a strong EY network.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on international mobility and cross‑border tax matters.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver high‑quality advice.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships with global organisations and their mobile employees.
• Advise on cross‑border tax matters, international assignments, short‑term travel, and remote work.
