Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network (London Market, Lloyd's).
• Holding/working towards Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications (Dip CII/Cert CII) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow your book of business by chasing and securing new business leads.
• Control the renewal and new business processes for your clients; gather information with superb communication.
• Discuss renewal terms with customers and work with brokers to secure the most competitive terms.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and build relationships.
• Assess account queries and credit control matters and escalate as needed.
