Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business change and transformation.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Expertise in governance, planning, financial management and delivery controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, and delivery strategies.
• Develop compelling business cases and funding requests.
• Define and track benefits, milestones, resources, and finances.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and delivery constraints.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and teams.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks and risk controls.
• Lead readiness activities and business transition to BAU.
