Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Managing or Senior Manager to shape and deliver market-leading insurance strategies, business models and digital propositions. You will lead complex streams, drive growth via proposals, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to ensure client ambitions are achieved.

You will blend systems thinking with strong communication and financial acumen to sustain value delivery across large insurers and across Property/Casualty, Life and Health domains.

Qualifications

• Extensive management consulting experience in Property/Casualty, Life or Health insurance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑organisational initiatives.
• Experience blending Agile and traditional project management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead streams of work within Capgemini Invent's Insurance practice.
• Contribute to offers, thought leadership and business development activities.
