Job summary

FintechOS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing transformation initiatives in the insurance sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and ensure successful outcomes for strategic insurance programs.

You will influence executive stakeholders, balance delivery excellence with governance, and drive long-term customer success across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex, customer-facing technology transformations in insurance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project portfolios with executive stakeholders.
• Strong track record in governance, budgeting, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, governance and delivery of large transformation programs for insurance clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Align engineering, product, consulting and business teams to program objectives.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Support pre-sales delivery expertise and identify opportunities for expansion.
