Job summary

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Insurance Software & BPS transformation team. You will translate customer, market and business needs into clear, prioritised requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will work across business, transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams to define acceptance criteria, ensure traceability, and validate that solutions meet the original business need before cutover.

Qualifications

Experience in complex transformation environments.
Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Analytical and curious with the ability to ask the right questions.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and translate into clear, structured and prioritised requirements.
Analyse existing processes to define current state and outline future requirements.
Document requirements to a consistent standard with traceability to the original business need.
Define meaningful acceptance criteria and support validation of solutions before cutover.
Maintain high standards of Business Analysis documentation across the programme.
Collaborate across transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams to resolve ambiguity.
