Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its Insurance Software & BPS transformation environment. You will turn customer, market and business needs into clear, prioritized requirements, working across business, transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams.

You’ll bring structure to complex requirements, ensuring they are documented, traceable to the original business need and linked to measurable outcomes throughout the change lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex transformation or change environments.
• Banking, insurance or London Market experience desirable.
• Strong stakeholder-management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into prioritized requirements.
• Analyse existing processes to identify changes and define future requirements.
• Elicit, analyse and document requirements to a consistent standard with traceability.
• Define measurable outcomes and testable acceptance criteria linked to business need.
• Support sign-off and collaborate across transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams.
