Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its Insurance Software & BPS transformation environment. You will translate customer and market needs into clear, prioritised requirements, linking them to measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria across business, architecture, change and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or change programmes.
• Banking, insurance or London Market experience is highly desirable.
• Strong process analysis and requirements-management experience.
• Ability to elicit, analyse, document and prioritise business requirements.
• Ability to maintain requirements traceability from initial business need to implementation.
• Ability to define measurable outcomes and robust acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting requirements sign-off and maintaining effective control as requirements move into build.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and clear communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business and market needs and translate them into clear, structured and prioritised requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for change and define future requirements.
• Elicit, analyse and document requirements to a consistent standard with traceability to the original need.
• Connect requirements to measurable outcomes and maintain traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Define meaningful outcome measures and clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Help prioritise requirements according to business needs and expected outcomes.
• Ensure requirements are reviewed, agreed and formally signed off before progression into build.
• Collaborate across transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams to resolve ambiguity.
• Support solution validation to ensure delivery meets the agreed business need and acceptance criteria.
