Qualifications

• Сильный опыт бизнес-анализа в рамках сложных трансформаций или изменений.
• Умение вызывать, анализировать, документировать и приоритизировать требования.
• Опыт поддержания трассируемости требований от начальной потребности до реализации.
• Умение формулировать измеримые результаты и критерии приемки.
• Опыт работы с границами между бизнесом, трансформацией и поставкой.

Responsibilities

• Устанавливать контакт с клиентами и стейкхолдерами, чтобы понять бизнес и рыночные потребности и перевести их в структурированные требования.
• Анализировать существующие бизнес-процессы, выявлять возможности для изменений и помогать формулировать будущие требования.
• Документировать требования в единообразном формате и обеспечить их прослеживаемость.
• Связывать требования с измеримыми бизнес-результатами и поддерживать трассируемость.
• Работать с командой по бизнес-анализу и другими заинтересованными сторонами для определения значимых показателей и критериев приемки.
• Содействовать приоритизации требований и обеспечивать их согласование прежде чем переходить к разработке.
• Обеспечивать обзор и финальное утверждение требований перед сборкой.
• Сотрудничать с трансформацией, архитектурой, изменениями и командами поставки для устранения неоднозначностей.
• Оценивать влияние предлагаемых изменений на требования, процессы и результаты.
• Сообщать о значительных воздействиях руководителю Бизнес-Анализа.
• Поддерживать качество документации по бизнес-анализу и единый подход в рамках всей программы.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business and market needs and translate them into clear, structured and prioritised requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes to understand the current position, identify opportunities for change and help define future requirements.
• Elicit, analyse and document requirements to a consistent standard, enabling solutions to be effectively designed, built and tested.
• Connect requirements to measurable business outcomes and maintain traceability from the original need through to implementation.
• Work with the Business Analysis Lead and wider stakeholders to define meaningful outcome measures and clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Support stakeholders in prioritising requirements according to business needs and expected outcomes.
• Ensure requirements are reviewed, agreed and formally signed off before progressing into build.
• Work collaboratively across transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity.
• Assess proposed changes and understand their potential impact on existing requirements, processes and agreed outcomes.
• Highlight material impacts to the Business Analysis Lead before commitments are made.
• Support solution validation to ensure what is delivered meets the agreed business need and acceptance criteria before cutover.
• Maintain high standards of Business Analysis documentation and contribute to a consistent approach across the wider transformation programme.

• Strong Business Analysis experience gained within complex transformation or change programmes.
• Strong process analysis and requirements-management experience.
• Experience eliciting, analysing, documenting and prioritising business requirements.
• Experience maintaining requirements traceability from initial business need through to implementation.
• The ability to create clear, concise and testable requirements to a consistent standard.
• Experience defining measurable outcomes and robust acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting requirements sign-off and maintaining effective control as requirements move into build.
• The ability to assess the impact of proposed changes on requirements, processes and outcomes.
• Experience supporting solution validation against agreed business needs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working collaboratively across business, transformation, architecture, change and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to constructively challenge when requirements are unclear or incomplete.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• A structured, analytical approach with strong attention to detail while maintaining sight of the wider business outcome.
