Job summary

DXC Technology in London markets is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology for insurance solutions. You will translate needs into tailored configurations within the Assure product suite, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers across Europe to deliver effective outcomes.

The role requires SQL proficiency, insurance operations experience, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance operations.
• Experience with insurance administration systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data queries.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead Participate in workshops and engage with customers to gather and refine business requirements.
• Translate requirements into Agile artifacts (Epics, User Stories) and technical configurations.
• Apply configuration changes such as Design and configure insurance solutions including rating algorithms, underwriting rules, and workflows to our applications using the in-built product toolset.
• Collaborate with business and technical analysts, developers and QA specialists to build and test product configurations using SQL and other tools.
• Support full project lifecycle from requirements gathering, to design and through to testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Participate in internal quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
