Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting three Insurance Technicians for an international insurance organisation in Cheltenham. The role is full-time and permanent with a salary of £27,000–£29,000 per annum.

The positions involve processing insurance transactions, documenting and reviewing insurance records, and supporting broking and technical teams, with a focus on accuracy, FCA compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations, broking support or policy administration.
• Sound understanding of insurance principles and policy lifecycle.
• Knowledge of insurance broking, claims or delegated authority processes.

Responsibilities

• Process a range of insurance transactions including complex technical work.
• Prepare and review insurance documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support broking and technical teams with day-to-day processing requirements.
• Prioritise own workload to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Identify and resolve technical queries, escalating complex issues.
• Carry out quality control checks on documentation and work by colleagues.
• Support and guide less experienced team members.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and wider teams.
• Contribute to process improvements for accuracy and service delivery.
