Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance technician or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a range of insurance transactions, including more complex technical work.
• Prepare, review insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support broking and technical teams with day-to-day insurance processing requirements.
• Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Identify and resolve technical queries, escalating more complex issues where necessary.
• Carry out quality control checks on documentation and work completed by colleagues.
• Support and guide less experienced team members.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations, internal procedures and audit requirements.
• Building effective working relationships with colleagues and wider internal teams.
